Inkonika

In March 2008, EPH became the first listed property company to enter the parking sector when Eastern Property Partners II, of which over 95% of the limited partnership interests are owned by the Company, acquired 50% of Inkonika LLC.

Inkonika owns eight parking projects in Moscow, of which two are currently under construction, and the first will be delivered by end-2008. The Inkonika project portfolio consists of approximately 5000 parking spaces in 160,000 sqm of underground and above-ground parking garages. In some cases the projects also include commercial space on the street level.
