Eastern Property Partners LP is the indirect owner of 103 hectares of land located 22 Kms from St. Petersburg, near the “Scandinavia” highway which connects St. Petersburg and Helsinki, Finland.
The land borders the Sestra River, and is already correctly zoned for development as, for example, a large residential development. At present the land is being held for undetermined future use.
