Inkonika
In early 2008 EPH purchased 50% of Inkonika, Moscow's only dedicated developer of parking facilities.
Inkonika's first parking garage is opening at Turgenevskaya Square in 2011. The complex is composed of 271 parking spaces on six underground levels and 12 spaces above ground.
The second project, at Khokhlovskaya Square, has been started, though construction was stopped in 2009. To complete the project will require approximately 18 months once construction is again underway. To the extent that debt or equity financing is available, the project may be restarted quickly.
