Hypercenter Investment
Hypercenter Investment is a joint venture with Athris Holding AG and the co-founders of Mosmart created to develop shopping centers in Moscow, St. Petersburg and a number of regional Russian cities.
Athris Holding, as 49% shareholder with the option to increase its stake to 51% at any time, is the effective majority shareholder. EPH owns 25.9%, and the founders of Mosmart own 25.1%.
