Eastern Property Holdings Limited (EPH) is a real estate investment and development company focusing on Russia and other countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States (the « CIS »). Founded in 2003, the Company has evolved from a pure investor and operator, to a developer with a seasoned management team capable of initiating and executing its own projects. With a long-term goal of operating a large portfolio of income producing properties, the Company currently has projects underway in the office, retail, residential, and parking sectors. Almost all holdings and activities are today in Russia’s largest cities, Moscow and St. Petersburg. The Company has paid annual dividends since 2005.
